The DB series is a magnetically coupled centrifugal pump with a 5-year warranty. Equipped with Neodymium magnets for the strongest coupling.
By using Neodymium magnets, the DB series can pump a specific weight of 1.8 as standard without any modification to the pump. Due to the use of the Neomymium magnets, the pumps are shorter in length than most magnetic pumps.
The best dry running properties are obtained with the use of Carbon bearing bushes and a Ceramic shaft. Even after long dry running, the suction pipe can be opened without cooling down and liquid can be supplied to the pump without damage caused by thermo-shock.
The DB centrifugal pumps are available in AtEx version for use in explosive environments.
The plastic centrifugal pumps are mainly used where chemical and aggressive liquids have to be pumped. The magnet-driven pump is also the right choice for absolutely leak-free applications
